Old Man’s is a mellow left and right beach/reef break in Canggu, Bali, sitting just south of the main Batu Bolong peak. Soft, long, rolling walls make it one of the most popular longboard and beginner to intermediate spots in the area. Slightly less intense than the central Batu Bolong takeoff and ideal for linking turns or nose riding.

The Break Sections
* Main Old Man’s peak: The primary zone. Gentle, peeling lefts and rights that run for good distance over mixed sand and reef.
* Southern end: Often the longest and most organised walls, favoured by longboarders.
* Inside reforms: Softer, more forgiving peaks closer to shore that remain rideable on higher tides or smaller swells.

Best Conditions
* Season: Dry season (April–October) for the cleanest and most consistent SW groundswells.
* Swell: Southwest to south.
* Wind: Northeast (offshore in the mornings).
* Tide: Mid to high preferred.
